Our Vision

EO’s Founding Vision

• Establish a Crisis Pregnancy Center at 342 Arnett Blvd. (opened in February 2005)
• Provide pre-abortion counseling
• Provide post-abortion counseling
• Abstinence counseling and education
• Bible studies for clients and area women
• Placement of clients in area churches to be nurtured and grow in Christ’s love
• Presently serving over 200 clients per year and growing

Early Projects and Goals

• Help establish “Place of Hope” in conjunction with Joy Community Church at the Gerhardt Neighborhood Outreach Center in the Number 2 Abortion Zip Code in Rochester (opened in March 2008)
• Establish an EO satellite office at The Outreach House in Webster (opened in March 2010)
• STD testing for both young men and women added at both sites (2011)
• Help establish a pregnancy care ministry at Mission Share Outreach Center in Greece (2011)
• Own our own portable ultrasound machine and arrange training for another ultrasound technician (2012)
• Network with other prolife groups in the Greater Rochester area regularly (2013)

Longer Term Vision

• Expand current services
• Establish more satellite counseling centers surrounding the inner city of Rochester to share Christ’s love, forgiveness and guidance.

1. Identify other neighborhoods and cosponsoring groups in the Crescent
2. Network with even more prolife groups in the region regularly
3. Consider implementing Prepared Parenthood concept
